Soccer fan, our stock-market to-go person, specialist in business models and finances for the Food & Beverage industry. He has worked in LATAM, the US and Europe, achieving standardization, costing strategies and restaurant opening. He worked for a Michelin starred restaurant in Dublin where he was in charge of the administration, back and front of house.

Industrial designer, coolhunter and cultural spy specialized in branding, trend analysis, innovation and consumer behavior.

Later, she developed and directed a Consulting business unit with Market and Business Intelligence, Data Research, Eat & Drink Intelligence and Brand Design, creating profitable and innovative business models for local and international clients.
